Senior Territory Sales Executive
You will not be selling boxes.
You will be building territories.
As an Institutional Growth Executive, you will lead hospital, LGU, and private healthcare expansion within your assigned area. You will identify opportunities, build long-term partnerships, navigate procurement systems, and close institutional accounts that drive recurring revenue.
This role is for individuals who:
Are comfortable in hospitals and government offices
Understand that institutional sales is a strategy, not scripting
Can handle rejection without losing momentum
Think in terms of territory ownership, not daily quotas
Compensation:
Base Salary: Php 16,000 / month
Commission Structure: Uncapped
Allowances for clothing, travel, and representation will be provided.
High performers consistently earn:
Php 80,000 – 100,000+ per month
Your income will reflect your execution.
Executive Assistant to the Director
This is not a calendar-management role.
You will work directly with the Director to execute high-level initiatives across operations, procurement, partnerships, and expansion.
You will sit in strategy meetings.
You will coordinate cross-functional projects.
You will help turn ideas into execution.

Compensation:
Base Salary: Php 18,000 / month
