SENIOR TERRITORY SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is not a desk sales role.
As a Senior Territory Sales Executive at One Shield Medical Corporation, you will be responsible for building and owning an entire institutional territory. Your mission is to develop long-term partnerships with hospitals, local government units (LGUs), and private healthcare institutions and convert those relationships into sustained institutional revenue.
You will not be selling boxes.
You will be building territories.
This role requires someone who understands that institutional sales is a long game — built through relationships, persistence, and strategic positioning within procurement systems.
Your responsibility is to identify opportunities, open doors in hospitals and government institutions, navigate procurement processes, and close institutional partnerships that produce recurring business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage hospital, government, and institutional accounts within your assigned territory
• Identify new procurement opportunities across hospitals, LGUs, and healthcare
institutions
• Build relationships with hospital administrators, procurement officers, and key
decision-makers
• Navigate procurement systems including institutional purchasing and government bidding processes
• Present company solutions to institutional clients and decision-makers
• Drive territory expansion and consistently grow institutional accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and recurring
business
This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable operating in hospitals, government offices, and institutional environments where persistence and professionalism are critical.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for individuals who are driven, resilient, and capable of building real territory ownership.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of any four-year course
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field
• Comfortable engaging with hospital staff, administrators, and government offices
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory
Ideal candidates are individuals who:
• Are comfortable working in hospitals and government environments
• Understand that institutional sales is a strategy, not scripting
• Can handle rejection without losing momentum
• Think in terms of territory ownership, not daily quotas
• Are motivated by growth, opportunity, and performance-based income
Prior experience in sales, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or institutional accounts is an advantage but not strictly required.
We value drive, discipline, and execution more than background.
COMPENSATION
This role is designed for individuals who want to build serious income through performance.
Base Salary: Php 16,000 per month
Commission Structure: Uncapped
Allowances Provided:
• Clothing allowance
• Travel allowance
• Representation allowance
High performers consistently earn:
Php 80,000 – Php 100,000+ per month
Your income will reflect your execution, territory growth, and ability to close institutional accounts.
